販売価格・商品代金以外の必要料金 / Prices and additional charges

販売価格は各商品ページに米ドル（USD）で表示します。別の通貨が明示される場合は、その表示をご確認ください。送料および注文時に徴収する税金等がある場合は、注文確定前のチェックアウトに表示します。輸入関税・輸入税・通関手数料は、商品価格および送料に含まれず、該当する場合は購入者の負担となります。配送先の規則を注文前にご確認ください。

Prices are displayed on each product page in USD unless another currency is explicitly shown. Shipping and any tax collected at checkout are displayed before the order is submitted. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable.

Use the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due when ordering. Review the available payment methods and total before submitting your order.

商品引渡時期 / Dispatch and delivery

通常、ご注文から1～3営業日以内に日本より発送します。発送は月曜日から金曜日です。商品ページに個別の発送時期を記載した場合は、その記載によります。DHLの追跡付き配送を利用し、到着時期は配送先・通関・配送業者の状況によって異なります。

Orders usually dispatch from Japan within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, unless the listing states a different processing time. We use DHL with tracking. Arrival times vary by destination, customs processing and carrier conditions.

返品・キャンセル / Returns and cancellations

商品到着から30日以内に返品をご連絡ください。返送前に必ず当店にご連絡いただき、返送方法と住所をご確認ください。商品は到着時の状態で、付属品を添えて返送してください。お客様都合の返送料は購入者負担です。誤配送または商品説明との相違がある場合の返送料は当店が負担します。返品手数料はいただきません。発送前のキャンセルはご連絡ください。発送後は返品手続きについてご相談ください。破損・説明相違の場合は注文番号と状況をお知らせください。

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Contact us before shipping the item back for instructions and the correct return address. Return the item in its original condition with the included accessories. The buyer pays change-of-mind return shipping. JM CAMERA pays return shipping for a wrong item or an item that differs from its description. No restocking fee applies. Contact us about cancellation before dispatch; after dispatch, contact us about a return. For damage or a description discrepancy, include your order number and details.

For used equipment, quantity, condition and included accessories are specific to each listing. Review the individual notes, disclosed faults and photographs before ordering. Nothing in these policies restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.
