Individual used equipment

We sell used cameras, lenses and accessories. Review the photographs, individual condition notes, disclosed faults, included items and compatibility information before ordering. Condition labels are descriptive summaries, not certification, a promise of recent servicing or a substitute for the individual description. Ask us before ordering if a detail is unclear.

Prices, payment and availability

Prices are displayed in USD unless a different currency is explicitly shown. Available payment methods, delivery charges and the order total are shown at checkout. Review these details before submitting your order. Individual used items may have limited availability. If an availability or pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it; we will not substitute an item or increase your charge without your agreement.

Shipping and import charges

Orders usually dispatch from Japan within 1–3 business days, unless the listing states a different processing time. We use tracked DHL delivery. Carrier and customs delays can affect arrival times. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are the buyer’s responsibility where applicable. See our Shipping policy.

Returns, cancellations and problems

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return and obtain return instructions. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the buyer. JM CAMERA covers return shipping for a wrong item or an item that differs from its description. Return the item in its original condition with the included accessories. Support and service enquiries

Our after-sales support centres on the 30-day return policy. It is not a separate repair warranty. Sourcing, purchase, trade-in, additional photographs and video inspection are considered individually, subject to feasibility and written confirmation. An enquiry does not reserve stock, confirm a valuation or book an appointment.

Your information and use of the site

Provide accurate contact and delivery information needed to fulfil your order, and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Do not use the site to commit fraud, infringe rights or interfere with the store’s operation. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Consumer rights and changes

These terms do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable consumer law. Changes to these terms apply prospectively; they do not remove rights relating to an existing order. If you have a question or complaint, contact us so we can work with you to resolve it.
