30-day returns

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address. Returned items must be in their original condition with the included accessories.

Return shipping

If you return an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If we sent the wrong item or the item differs from its description, JM CAMERA will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us first to arrange the return.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before your order has shipped. If it has already shipped, please contact us about the return process.

Items with a problem

If your item arrives damaged or differs from its description, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us resolve a delivery problem.

Request a return or cancellation

Sign in to your customer account, open the order and request a return or a cancellation where available. You can also email jmcameralibrary@gmail.com. A request does not itself confirm acceptance; wait for our instructions before returning an item. No restocking fee applies. Nothing in this policy restricts rights that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable consumer law.
