Dispatch from Japan

Orders usually dispatch within 1–3 business days. Shipping takes place Monday through Friday. Any item-specific processing time will be stated on the product page.

Tracked shipping

We use DHL with tracking. The available shipping service and charge will be shown at checkout. Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or carrier delays.

Import duties and taxes

Product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties, import taxes or customs clearance charges. The buyer is responsible for paying these charges when the shipment is imported, including deliveries to the United States. Please check the requirements in your destination country before ordering.
