Are the photos of the actual item?

Yes. Each listing shows the individual camera or lens being offered. Read the condition notes and check all photographs, including the included accessories, before ordering.

How does international shipping work?

We ship from Japan by DHL with tracking. Orders usually dispatch in 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday. Please review our shipping page for details before ordering.

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?

Import duties, taxes and clearance charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. The buyer pays these charges at import, including orders delivered to the United States.

What if I need to return an item?

Contact us within 30 days of receipt to request a return. For a change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping. For a wrong item or an item that differs from its description, JM CAMERA pays return shipping. Please see the full return terms.
