Your first checks when a vintage camera arrives
Give a newly delivered item a careful first look while the listing and packaging are close at hand.
Compare the actual item
Check the model, recorded serial numbers and supplied accessories against the order and individual listing. Read any disclosed limitations again before trying controls. Keep a copy of the listing for your records.
Document a delivery problem
If packaging or equipment appears damaged, take clear photographs of both. Keep the packaging while the issue is being investigated. Do not arrange a repair or return shipment before contacting us; we can provide the appropriate next steps and return address.
Know the return window
Contact JM CAMERA within 30 days of delivery to request a return. For a change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping. If we sent an incorrect item or it differs from its description, JM CAMERA covers return shipping. Review the full terms and include the order number when writing to us.
